Itinerary

Dates: May 18th - 23rd

Touch down at Oaxaca International Airport (OAX) and meet your fellow travelers! From the airport, we’ll head to our boutique accommodations, where you’ll have time to settle in and soak in the vibrant charm of Oaxaca.

In the evening, join us for our Welcome Dinner at a Michelin-starred gem nestled within a UNESCO heritage guest house. Known for its traditional Oaxacan cuisine crafted with fresh, local ingredients, this dining experience is the perfect way to kick off our journey together.

DAY ONE - Arrival

We'll start our first full day in Oaxaca with a Walking Foodie Tour, exploring the city’s vibrant streets, markets, and food stalls while tasting iconic dishes like mole, memelas, tamales, and tlayudas.

This tour is about more than food—it’s about connecting with the culture and supporting local vendors. It’s the perfect way to dive into Oaxaca’s rich culinary traditions.

After the tour, the afternoon is yours to explore! Wander the colorful streets, visit artisan shops, or simply relax and soak in the city’s unique charm.

DAY TWO - Culture Through Food

Today is all about exploring Oaxaca on your own terms! After a few packed days, take this opportunity to immerse yourself in the city at your own pace.

Whether you’re discovering hidden courtyards, savoring unique flavors at local cafes, or capturing the beauty of Oaxaca’s murals, this day is yours to embrace whatever inspires you.

DAY THREE - Explore

Immerse yourself in the rich tradition of mezcal with a Private Tasting led by sisters continuing their family’s artisanal craft. Mezcal, a traditional Mexican spirit, is made using ancient techniques in remote mountain villages near Oaxaca. Every sip carries the essence of heritage and dedication.

We’ll conclude the day with a one-of-a-kind dining experience on a stunning Agave Farm. Surrounded by rolling agave fields, enjoy a farm-to-table meal that feels like a scene from a novela—a truly magical way to wrap up the day.

This experience captures the heart and flavor of Oaxaca like no other!

DAY FOUR - Field Trip

Spend your morning soaking in Oaxaca—whether it’s picking up last-minute treasures, revisiting favorite spots, or exploring the city’s vibrant streets one last time.

In the evening, we’ll come together for our Farewell Dinner at a Michelin-starred favorite set in a stunning open-air courtyard. With over 20 years of history, this restaurant offers a refined take on Oaxacan flavors and a deep commitment to sustainability.

Savor standout dishes like hoja santa with goat cheese, a mole sampler that honors tradition, and tender pork ribs with salsa borracha. Be sure to save room for the guava cheesecake with mamey cream, and toast to an unforgettable journey with their house-made mezcal.

It’s the perfect way to celebrate our time in Oaxaca and create lasting memories!

DAY FIVE - Farewell
